My new TV is doing some weird sh*t!!! HELP!!!

Model: FOX 43 DLE 788

Its constantly cutting off sound when it reaches quieter levels... Example, im watching a video on YouTube, the sound is normal when they talk but when the person in the video starts whispering, the sound cuts off??? It does this both on external and internal speakers...

Why is it doing this, does somebody have experience with this and is there any solution...
